Strategic Accounts Executive

Strategic Accounts Executive role at Leica Biosystems focused on driving revenue growth and market expansion across assigned health systems and healthcare organizations. The position involves developing account strategies, building executive relationships, and leading enterprise opportunities in cancer diagnostics.
Responsibilities
- Own revenue growth and market share expansion across assigned IDNs, health systems, and academic medical centers
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer priorities and competitive opportunities
- Create, advance, and close enterprise opportunities by connecting portfolio capabilities to customer objectives
- Establish executive-level relationships with key stakeholders to support long-term account growth
- Mobilize cross-functional resources to execute strategies and accelerate competitive wins
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years healthcare sales or strategic account management experience
- Demonstrated experience engaging C-suite executives in large health systems and enterprise healthcare
- Proven ability to own strategic account plans and drive enterprise opportunities in matrixed environments
- Strong negotiation, executive presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Ability to translate customer priorities and healthcare market dynamics into growth strategies
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel 50-75% for territory coverage and meetings
Compensation: $140,000 - $170,000 base
