Accounts Receivable Associate

A Beacon Hill client is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to join their growing team in NJ on a contract to hire basis. They are looking for an AR teammate who has hands‑on experience with cash application, payment posting, and account reconciliations. Responsibilities Accurately post and process customer payments and accounts receivable transactions Apply cash receipts and ensure timely and accurate cash application Reconcile customer payments, account balances, and cash activity Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and account issues Maintain detailed and accurate customer account records Assist with account reconciliations, reporting, and AR analysis Support the Credit & Collections team with day‑to‑day receivable activities Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
