Start right away on a 3 month contract Onsite in Irvine Hands-on experience with Procore and Miter Work with a close, busy construction accounting team Weekly pay through Jobot Fantastic Health Benefits Job Details Seeking AR/AP contractors to start ASAP. You'll handle payables, receivables, and a lot of data entry for active TI projects. What you'll do: Process vendor and subcontractor invoices, then code them to jobs and cost codes Enter and track data in Procore and Miter Help with pay applications, billing, and progress billing Track and collect lien waivers, COIs, and subcontractor compliance paperwork Post cash receipts and keep AR aging current Match POs, subcontracts, and change orders to invoices Help with vendor reconciliations and month-end close Keep job files clean, accurate, and up to date What we're looking for: 1 to 3 years of AR, AP, or accounting clerk experience Construction accounting exposure is strongly preferred (GC, subcontractor, or real estate) Procore or Miter experience is a big plus Fast, accurate data entry and strong attention to detail Comfortable with high volume and tight deadlines Solid Excel skills Available to start immediately for a 3 month assignment Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
