As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi‑disciplinary projects from start to finish – working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross‑functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It’s your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. App Ads is one of the fastest growing Ad products at Google, with $XXB in annual run rate and double‑digit growth year over year. The Mobile App Ads team strives to help great apps and customers find each other. We use machine‑learning to automate targeting, bidding, and creatives to deliver the best return on investment for app advertisers. Responsibilities Implement communications standards across a portfolio of programs, including executive and key partner communications. Seek out and identify change management opportunities that increase program velocity and affect multiple teams. Define and manage a program portfolio solving problems that target high business impact for the organization and product areas. Manage a portfolio of programs with strategic impact to the organization. Strong project management and communication skills with high attention to detail. Firm sense of accountability and ownership for end‑to‑end project lifecycle. Compensation and Benefits US: $188,000 – $275,000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits.
