Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of clients' needs by utilizing evidence-based practices, ensuring that individualized treatment plans are tailored to foster optimal mental health outcomes.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities while continuously adapting techniques to fit each client's unique circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, documenting client progress and treatment plans.

• Engage in regular case consultations with interdisciplinary clinical teams to ensure holistic care and share effective strategies among peers, thereby enhancing service delivery.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families, equipping them with information about mental health conditions, available resources, and coping strategies to foster recovery.

• Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in the mental health field to ensure that services provided reflect current best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work with a diverse patient population across different age groups, primarily focusing on individuals confronted with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and adjustment issues. You will support clients in a therapeutic setting where they feel safe and respected, allowing them to explore their feelings and experiences without judgment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.
