Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other proven methodologies suited to diverse client needs.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and accurate documentation of treatment progress.

• Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to continually enhance care quality and outcomes for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and applicable community resources to support their journey toward recovery.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in the mental health field to provide clients with the most effective and informed care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with children, adolescents, and families who are navigating complex mental health challenges. By focusing on trauma-informed care, you will help these individuals develop coping strategies and life skills essential for their long-term success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in New Jersey as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing solution-based psychotherapy techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of diverse clients.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage meaningfully with clients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n
