Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments by meeting with clients to understand their mental health status, challenges, and goals.

• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate individualized therapeutic plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Offer both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based treatment modalities and culturally sensitive techniques.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting therapeutic interventions as needed to optimize outcomes.

• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists or specialists, when necessary.

• Document all sessions and interactions using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and legal standards.

• Maintain professional boundaries while fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse patient population includes individuals facing a wide range of challenges, such as depression, anxiety disorders, substance abuse issues, trauma-related conditions, and eating disorders. You will be instrumental in identifying their unique needs and helping them navigate the complexities of their mental health journeys. Your ability to build rapport and trust with clients from varied backgrounds will be vital to their recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New Jersey.

• At least four years of relevant experience in the mental health field, with a comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders and treatment methodologies.

• Demonstrated crisis intervention skills and the capacity to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
