Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for new clients to understand their unique situations, identifying strengths and areas for development.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals within our multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

• Stay alert for crises, providing timely intervention strategies to manage acute mental health conditions effectively.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical standards and applicable regulations, ensuring confidentiality.

• Engage in peer consultation and participate in team meetings to enhance therapeutic skills and share insights among colleagues.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
