Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations, crafting personalized rehabilitation plans that align with their individual goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function while reducing pain and discomfort.
• Efficiently manage a diverse case load, providing individualized attention to each patient to maximize recovery outcomes.
• Educate and inspire patients on exercises and techniques to implement both during sessions and at home, reinforcing our commitment to long-term health.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, making real-time adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
• Stay current on the latest research, therapy techniques, and best practices to continually enhance treatment offerings.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus will be on patients dealing with orthopedic issues, including post-operative recovery, joint pain, sports-related injuries, and chronic conditions. You will work with a diverse group of patients ranging from athletes seeking to optimize performance to individuals in need of rehabilitation following injury or surgery. Every interaction will be tailored to meet the specific needs of the individual, creating a customized approach that empowers recovery.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, with the intention to earn a Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• An active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey is required, with no history of sanctions or disciplinary actions.
• Proven expertise in orthopedic outpatient care and manual therapy techniques is strongly preferred.
• Experience using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, specifically Web PT, for precise documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

While a Bachelor's Degree is the minimum qualification, candidates with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and additional certifications in specialized therapy techniques will be preferred. Experience in a sports medicine facility is a plus, as is a history of developing and implementing innovative rehabilitation programs.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 – $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
