Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize comprehensive assessment tools to diagnose mental health disorders accurately and develop personalized treatment plans that focus on achievable goals.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in an outpatient mental health setting.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with clients and foster a trusting therapeutic alliance.

Compensation and Benefits\n
