Key Responsibilities Manage full‑cycle accounting for multiple entities and investors. Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and month‑end close. Oversee allocations and ensure accuracy across complex ownership structures. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting packages. Identify process improvements and implement best practices for efficiency. Support the Controller with special projects, including acquisitions and divestitures. Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required. 4+ years of progressive accounting experience; real estate or property management preferred. Strong analytical and research skills with ability to see the big picture. Proficiency in accounting software; experience with Rent Manager, Yardi, MRI or similar ERP is a plus. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis). Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with leadership.
