Regional Office Manager

We are seeking a full-time Regional Office Manager (ROM) to join our Operations Team. The ROM leads and supports front office operations across multiple clinic locations, fostering a collaborative team environment and deliveringa high-quality patient experience aligned with the organization’s core values. This role drives consistency, efficiency, and long-term growth by implementing streamlined processes, training, and performance improvements while partnering with clinic and regional leadership to support team success and advance organizational goals. Essential Functions Lead front offices operations in coordination with Regional Director,ManagingPartnerand/orClinic Manager Implementationoffront office initiatives throughout all locations within the region Ensure front officeactionsalign with organizationalcore valuesandcomply withpolicies and procedures Consistentlymonitorfront desk KPIs,identifyopportunitiesfor improvementandimplement improvement initiatives Conduct onsite process reviews of front deskteam,conduct trainings accordingly Troubleshoot Raintreeissues, develop processes and strategies toeliminatefuture problems Provideinput to Clinic Manager, Managing Partners, and Regional Directorregardinghiring, terminations, promotions, and performance reviews for regional administrative team Partner with Talent Acquisition through all steps of the hiring process for administrative staff,includingscreening andinterview ofapplicantsthroughsigned offer Collaborate withother Regional Office Managers to support a unified approachthroughoutthe organization Coordinate Onboarding process and conduct training for new front office staff Strategize continued training and education for current front office staff in coordination with Clinic Managers, Regional Managers, and Regional Managing Partners Lead regional front office staff meetingsmonthly and quarterly Demonstrateexcellent customer service both in person and on the telephone Coordinate/provide regional coverage for clinics Ensure front office adherence to payer requirements for patient registration, verification of insurance eligibility, patient authorization, or any other requirements Work collaboratively with Revenue Cycle Management to review financial metrics Partner withOperationalExcellence and integration team tosupport new acquisitions anddenovos; including but not limited toprovidingremote and onsiteassistance,trainingand education Perform all job functions in compliance with applicable federal, state, local and companypoliciesand procedures. Assistwith new location opening initiatives (equipment delivery, buildoutassistance, training, go-live) Requirements Excellent customer service and verbal/written communication skills Three to fiveyears’customer-service related experience in a professional setting Previousexperience with front office operations, preferred in a Physical Therapy setting Ability to handle multiple and competing priorities Demonstrated soundjudgment and complete confidentialityregardingpatient’s medical information. Self-directed, self-confident; able to workwithminimal directionand project a professional appearance Knowledge of registration, insurancetypesand referral process Detailed oriented; organized with excellent follow-through skills Excellent problem-solving skills Able to work independently and a part of a teamand exemplify our core values Solid understanding of health insurance in relation to Physical Therapy and Chiropractic care Preferred Qualifications College degree preferredor equivalentwork experience Knowledgeofand experience with Raintree EMR Experience withMS Office&Teams,specifically Excel & PowerPoint Cypress Health Partners is an Equal Opportunity employer.
