Job Category:
Review and analyze project finance and cost data on the PMIS portal with project development variables and deliverables for public projects including airport, applying Cost Analysis, Data Analysis, Project financing and budgeting.
Develop and implement financial controls and processes for projects using Regression Analysis and Economic Analysis.
Coordinate and monitor project costs and spending, perform cost analysis, and project financial efficiency evaluation;
Coordinate the work of the engineers, contractor, architects, and project stakeholders using Kahua, Primavera6, SharePoint Management.
Perform project management using Procore and SharePoint based PMIS Tools optimize internal team collaboration and client;
Prepare SOP and documentation for proposed design packages for submission.
Coordinate with the design for design proposal and approval process stages.
Perform quality assurance, audit and analysis on project financial documents and design documents.
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Finance, or Global Political Economy and Finance plus 2 years experience in Project Management. Req skills and knowledge of Project Management, Regression Analysis, Data Analysis, Project financing and budgeting, SharePoint, Economic Analysis.
