Executive Assistant / Client Services Coordinator Are you a highly organized, professional, and people-oriented individual looking for an opportunity to grow within a successful insurance and financial services office? We are seeking an Executive Assistant / Client Services Coordinator to help manage the daily operations of our Maryville office while providing exceptional service to our clients and prospects. Position Overview Average 24-28 hours per week Flexible Schedule In-office position 3-4 days per week (occasionally Saturdays for special events) Part-time with potential to move into a full-time role Performance-based bonus opportunities Compensation discussed during the interview process Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective clients Handle day-to-day office operations and administrative duties Answer phones, emails, and client inquiries professionally Schedule appointments and manage calendars Make outbound calls to current and prospective clients Maintain accurate client records and documentation Assist with office organization and workflow management Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members Help resolve client concerns and diffuse difficult situations Support the overall growth and success of the organization Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong typing and computer proficiency Organized with strong attention to detail Professional, dependable, and self-motivated Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Comfortable speaking with clients and prospects by phone and in person Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Bilingual candidates preferred (Spanish) Licensing Requirements Current Life & Health Insurance License and/or Property & Casualty Insurance License Ability to obtain license within agreed upon time frame Growth Opportunity Opportunity to develop valuable skills in client service, operations, insurance, and financial services while advancing your career.
