Key Qualifications:

• Current and active Florida Department of Health Physical Therapy license
• Previous school-based experience is preferred
• Ability to work full-time (37.5 hours/week), likely across several school locations
• Comfort adapting to various age groups as caseload details are confirmed
• Willingness to complete Florida school district fingerprinting and secure a JLA badge (previous valid prints through AHCA Clearinghouse may expedite the process)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group physical therapy interventions for students in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to promote positive outcomes
• Travel between assigned school sites as needed for itinerant support
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy activities and student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and actively communicate student needs and successes
