The role

Mission: sell what Hussh makes, the way the best in the world sell — by making the customer worth more, in the open, and keeping them for life.

You will sell two things. The puppy line: home supercomputers — the best hardware, software, and harness, configured to the customer's actual workload at the lowest cost of tokens for the job — resold and optimized by Hussh (orders open October 31, 2026). And Private Agent One: the private personal agent, owned by the customer, consent always theirs.

Your territory is your world: your neighborhood, your trade, your existing network, the businesses on your streets. You will work it like an owner — demos in homes and small businesses, a book you build and keep, customers who renew because the machine made them money. Here is the difference this company is built on, and it is also your edge: in the Hussh network, your knowledge is your asset. LinkedIn's model ends at "get a job." Ours starts there: increase your value, increase your potential, increase what you make per hour — by making your information work for you.

One thing, said plainly, because we say it in every posting: everyone who applies to Hussh — hired or not — receives one invitation, in our reply to you, to claim their own Hussh agent and join the network, free, entirely your choice, never a condition of this job. Your own agent is issued in onboarding, paid for by us, owned by you — and it stays yours even if we part ways.

What you'll do

• Complete the paid onboarding (40 hours): product, doctrine, demo, rate card, compliance lines.

• Build and work your territory: a named list of households and businesses, worked personally, on a weekly rhythm.

• Run honest demos: the puppy and the agent, on the customer's real workload. If we're wrong for them, say so, and log why.

• Keep your book like an owner: every relationship recorded, consented, and worked through your own agent.

• Feed the field truth back weekly, in numbers and names.

What success looks like: First 40 hours — you can run the full demo from your own machine, state the rate card and the ownership doctrine from memory, and pass the honesty bar: a conversation where the right answer was to not sell, and you didn't. First 6 months — a real book: named customers, installed puppies, active agents, renewals calendared; a per-hour earnings trajectory you can show.

• You have sold something real, to real people — and your customers would take your call today.

• You sell the truth under pressure: when the honest answer loses the sale, you give the honest answer.

• You work a territory like an owner: planned weeks, kept notes, follow-ups on time.

• You are coachable at an unusual standard.

Nice to have: an existing world to sell into; comfort demonstrating technology live.

What we offer: $20/hour for the first 40 paid onboarding and training hours. Thereafter: commission on every sale (published rate card, provided before you sign anything) with an hourly draw option for active agents — commission-only with no floor is not how this works. Full-time or part-time; field and remote, United States; founding cohorts anchored in Seattle/Kirkland, Palo Alto, Austin, Aventura, and New York, then nationwide.
