This role is integral to our business and will have a significant impact on our company's growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key national accounts, driving sales, and developing strategic relationships with our major clients. This position requires a self-starter who can work in a fast-paced, challenging environment, and who has a proven track record in sales and account management.ResponsibilitiesAs the Permanent Packaging National Accounts Sales Manager, you will:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in assigned national accounts.Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals.Analyze trends and results to continually improve our sales strategy.Negotiate contracts and provide customers with proposals.Monitor competitors and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs.Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.Attend trade shows, conferences, and professional association meetings; provide feedback and information on market trends.Develop and manage customer portfolios, maintain customer records, and prepare sales reports.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.A minimum of 7 years in a corrugated packaging organization.Management of $50M in revenue or above.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.If you are an ambitious, results-driven professional with a passion for sales and a keen understanding of the engineering industry, we would love to hear from you.
