Thrive Yoga is looking for a warm, commercially minded Sales & Wellness Manager who loves people, wellness—and growing a business. This is a leadership role at the intersection of sales, client experience and wellness . You'll own the client journey from first inquiry through membership, drive enrollment in Thrive's signature programs, manage our sales pipeline, and help create an exceptional experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Founded in 2005, Thrive is an established yoga and wellness company offering 45+ weekly classes, professional education, retreats, workshops and specialty programs, including Momentum, our longevity and healthspan program . We're looking for someone who can help more people discover Thrive—and confidently help them take the next step. What You'll Do Drive membership growth. Build relationships with prospective and new clients, follow up with leads, and convert Intro Offer clients into long-term members. Grow Thrive's signature programs. Drive enrollment in Momentum, teacher training, sound training, retreats, workshops and other specialty programs. Own the sales pipeline. Manage leads from initial inquiry through enrollment, maintain accurate CRM records, track conversion and ensure promising opportunities receive consistent follow-up. Create an exceptional client experience. Get to know our clients, understand what they're looking for and confidently recommend the membership, program or experience that's right for them. Lead the front-of-house sales experience. Serve as a visible studio leader and help our team develop strong client communication, relationship‑building and sales skills. Become part of the Thrive community. Learn our programs deeply and actively participate in the studio. Depending on experience and qualifications, there are additional opportunities to teach or coach at Thrive. Who We're Looking For You genuinely enjoy people and are comfortable starting conversations, building relationships and asking for the sale. You're organized, proactive and follow through. You're comfortable working toward measurable sales and revenue goals and take ownership of results. You may come from boutique fitness, wellness, hospitality, membership sales, luxury service, health coaching or another relationship‑driven business. You don't need to know everything about yoga—but you should be genuinely interested in wellness, fitness, longevity and helping people live well. Yoga, fitness or wellness teaching experience is a plus, but not required . Most importantly, we're looking for someone who combines warmth with commercial drive : someone who can make people feel welcome while helping an established local business grow.
