Compliance Officer

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Compliance Officer for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and ensure organisational compliance with UK regulatory requirements
Review and update internal policies and procedures to reflect current legislation
Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments and report findings
Train staff on compliance obligations, codes of conduct and best practices
Liaise with regulators and external auditors as required
Maintain compliance registers, documentation and reporting systems

Requirements

3+ years experience in compliance, risk management or regulatory affairs
Sound knowledge of UK regulatory frameworks and compliance standards
Strong analytical and report-writing skills in English
Detail-oriented with high standards of accuracy and integrity
Experience with compliance management software advantageous
Reliable remote office setup with secure and fast internet connection
