We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at Care First Counseling Center. This remote, full-time role is pivotal in delivering high-quality early intervention services to children and their families. The ideal candidate will play an essential role in evaluating and supporting the developmental needs of young children aged birth to three, specifically focusing on skills such as physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication development.

As part of our Children's Services team, you will work alongside dedicated professionals who share a vision of improving the lives of children with disabilities or developmental delays. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children's development to identify strengths and areas for growth.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) aimed at addressing the unique needs of each child and family.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to monitor outcomes and adjust strategies as necessary to enhance developmental support.
\n
• Provide tailored support to families, offering guidance and resources that empower them to contribute positively to their child's development.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations governing early intervention services.
\n
• Build rapport with children and families to foster a trusting and encouraging environment conducive to learning and growth.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices in developing joint plans with families.
\n
• Recommend the frequency and intensity of services based on ongoing evaluations and family goals.
\n
• Employ a coaching model and natural environment teaching strategies to maximize learning opportunities.
\n
• Adhere to established health and safety standards to protect the welfare of children and families receiving services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. By working closely with these young children and their families, the LCSW addresses a range of developmental challenges using tailored interventions and support, thus contributing to improved developmental outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate of Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.
\n
• A minimum of one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings is required.

• A valid driver's license for potential travel associated with family visits.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage caseloads.

Compensation and Benefits\n
