Key Responsibilities\n

• Continually assess and monitor the mental health needs of students, adjusting care plans in collaboration with parents and educational staff as necessary.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions through individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to the school environment.

• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions, providing immediate mental health support to students in acute distress.

• Evaluate individual and family dynamics, identifying areas where students require additional resources or support, and making appropriate referrals when needed.

• Conduct regular follow-ups to track progress toward therapeutic goals, modifying treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Document all interactions and updates in accordance with organizational policies and standards of practice, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele for this role includes school-aged children and adolescents facing a variety of behavioral challenges, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders, as well as those experiencing trauma or difficult family dynamics. Your expertise will enable these students to cope with their circumstances, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and improve their overall academic and social functioning.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
