Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental delays and disabilities.

• Collaborate with families to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring that strategies reflect evidence-based practices.

• Monitor child development progress through regular follow-ups and team meetings, adjusting interventions as required based on team input.

• Offer direct support and resources to families to enhance their child's developmental journey, including guidance on effective parental strategies.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations regarding child welfare and education services.

• Utilize Natural Learning Environment Practices and coaching methodologies to provide impactful, on-the-ground support and training for parents.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on assisting infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities, particularly those aged 0-3 years. You will work directly with children and their families, creating individualized plans that provide tailored support in areas such as physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development. This pivotal role requires compassion, patience, and a deep understanding of childhood development and family dynamics.

Compensation and Benefits\n
