Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule effectively, while still providing rigorous support to our patients. You will work in an empowering environment that encourages professional growth and collaboration. Our practice operates from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs. We provide a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that delve into the unique experiences and cultural backgrounds of patients, leading to tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to implement individualized therapy sessions that address the specific mental health needs of each patient.

• Engage in the delivery of individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on promoting resilience and overall mental wellness.

• Collaborate regularly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide cohesive and comprehensive care for clients.

• Manage crisis situations with confidence, providing immediate support and intervention during mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and relevant community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring the protection of patient information.

• Participate actively in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing training sessions, particularly focusing on cultural competence in therapy.

• Stay abreast of current research and best practices in mental health therapy and cultural considerations to continuously enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must possess a current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methods, especially those relevant to culturally diverse populations.

• Experience in providing individual and group therapy in an inclusive and culturally responsive manner.
\n
• Strong crisis intervention skills, with an ability to remain calm under pressure.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to connect with and support diverse individuals effectively.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and essential computer applications.
\n
• A commitment to abiding by professional boundaries, ethical standards, and confidentiality.

• Ability to thrive within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to collaborative care approaches.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience in multicultural mental health settings and familiarity with culturally adapted therapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
