Key Responsibilities\n

• Work directly with clients in both office settings and community environments, addressing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and diagnostic assessments, organizing more comprehensive evaluations when necessary.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans tailored to the individual needs of clients, ensuring access to suitable services and resources.

• Provide a broad range of preventative, therapeutic, and recovery services to clients, efficiently working to improve their mental health outcomes.

• Engage in crisis intervention as needed, demonstrating a swift and informed approach in high-pressure situations.

• Carry an active caseload, delivering individual and group therapy sessions while monitoring client progress through structured treatment protocols.

• Document treatment progress, complete reports, and submit relevant data on time to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and optimizing clinical practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
