Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of students’ emotional and psychological needs, utilizing recognized assessment tools and frameworks.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address specific challenges and set measurable goals, regularly reviewing and updating these plans according to progress.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to facilitate positive mental health outcomes.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential records of assessments, treatments, and client interactions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate closely with a dedicated team of educators, counselors, and other mental health professionals to create a holistic approach to treatment that supports academic and emotional development.

Compensation and Benefits\n
