What you’ll do

As a Resident Dining Server, you’ll help ensure residents and their guests enjoy a pleasant, comfortable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcome residents and guests and provide friendly, attentive table service.
• Prepare and maintain the dining room so it is clean, organized, and ready for each meal.
• Assist residents with their dining needs while providing respectful and courteous service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining area.
• Organize and file resident meal tickets for submission to the billing department.
• Assist with receiving food deliveries and properly storing food and supplies.
• Help monitor food inventory and keep storage areas organized.
• Complete dishwashing and other dining-area support duties as needed.
• Work closely with coworkers to keep meal service organized and running smoothly.
• Contribute to a positive dining atmosphere where residents feel welcomed, respected, and valued.

Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Must be 16 years of age
• Must provide proof of immunization/immunity to MMR, Varicella and Influenza.
• Strong command of the English language with the ability to follow oral and written instructions with precision.
