The Opportunity The role offers an opportunity to lead strategic projects end-to-end, from ideation, obtaining senior stakeholders' buy-in, implementation, and measuring impact. The successful candidate will work with stakeholders across departments (Tech, Marketing, Supply, Legal, Finance, etc.), including presenting to senior stakeholders, to solve and drive complex projects that will provide step changes to our third‑party accommodation supply business. Core Functions Ideate new initiatives and drive the implementation end-to-end to grow the Travel Distribution business Build business cases to evaluate new commercial initiatives or new product feature requests through collecting requirements from account management teams and partners Drive revenue optimization initiatives through distribution, pricing experiments, and content improvements Enable and support account management teams with tools, documentation, and efficient processes Partake in commercial terms and incentives optimization, including rolling out new commercial and API connectivity features to partners Manage credit risk Maintain and set up control frameworks and SLAs agreed with major stakeholders Manage stakeholders across departments such as Product, Tech, Finance, Legal, etc. What You’ll Do A Senior Manager will bring a strong business strategy and analytical acumen coupled with operations and project management knowledge, attention to detail, and a drive for efficiency, coupled with the ability to make things happen hands‑on. This position is based in Bangkok, Thailand. What You’ll Need to Succeed 7+ years of experience demonstrating the ability to lead cross‑functional strategy or program initiatives end‑to‑end and deliver measurable outcomes; backgrounds may include consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, business analytics, product/program management, or equivalent experience Strong numerical and analytical skills, with hands‑on knowledge of data pulling and processing tools Strong critical thinking, strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills Fluent in English with strong stakeholder management skills Ability to own the initiative end‑to‑end from idea creation, to testing and execution, including managing various stakeholders to get buy‑ins Independent and self‑driven Able to move fast and adapt well with changes Good to have Experience with SQL and Tableau Experience and understanding of online travel industry, B2B travel APIs experience and/or connectivity skills Experience in go‑to‑market initiatives implementation Equal Opportunity Employer At Agoda, we pride ourselves on being a company represented by people of all different backgrounds and orientations.
