Senior Manager, Content Strategy The Senior Manager, Content Strategy is responsible for defining and leading the content strategy for the Nature Made brand to increase brand reach and visibility. Leveraging deep consumer insights, channel analytics, and brand context, the role crafts messaging and stories that build trust, foster discovery, educate, and drive conversion. The manager ensures cohesive execution of content across channels, aligns brand content objectives, sets priorities, and measures performance in support of business goals. Key Responsibilities Develop and lead a unified content strategy for Nature Made across all consumer touchpoints, aligning content plans with business objectives. Create and manage an integrated content calendar/roadmap that defines key content themes and campaigns throughout the year. Identify opportunities for brand storytelling and content innovation, leading strategic content initiatives that bring these narratives to life across channels. Leverage consumer insights and data (including SEO trends, social listening, web analytics) to inform content priorities and optimizations. Own the development, alignment, and management of processes to create and approve content across channels. Partner on development and adoption of tools and technology, including knowledge graphs, AI content generation tools, and project management tools. Capabilities & Skills Required 8+ years of experience in content marketing, including 3+ years as a content marketing lead for a consumer brand. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Experience with CPG wellness or an equivalent category that involves scientific and regulatory complexity. Fluency with a range of content channels, including website, social media, e‑commerce, and paid partnerships. Salary and Benefits National Target Base Pay Range: \$120,000.00 – \$200,000.00. For candidates in California and New York metro areas, the Target Base Pay Range is \$133,000 – \$221,000. Compensation may include an annual performance bonus, medical, dental and vision benefits, 401(k) match, and other wellness benefits.
