Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with clients through video chat, focusing on their emotional and psychological well-being.

• Act as an advocate for clients, guiding them in defining achievable mental health goals.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes, utilizing the administrative support provided by our organization to minimize paperwork.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients who have been prescreened and are generally stable, allowing for a constructive therapeutic environment. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An independent license from the state of California in one of the following categories: LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW. (Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.)

• Ability to evaluate mental health conditions effectively and develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated capacity for empathy and understanding.

• Proficient computer skills for teletherapy sessions, documentation, and administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in delivering remote mental health services is highly desirable.
