The Event Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving sales for corporate and charity fundraising events. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this professional will engage in lead generation, client meetings, and proposal development to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Leveraging communication, event management, and sales analytics tools, the representative nurtures customer relationships and coordinates event details while identifying new market opportunities. This position offers growth potential into event planning specialization within a dynamic sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads focused on corporate and charity events
• Conduct client meetings and develop tailored proposals
• Negotiate sales contracts and manage agreements
• Coordinate event logistics and collaborate with internal teams
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Report on sales performance against monthly and quarterly targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective networking
• Manage sales pipeline in relevant CRM and analytics platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event sales
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Effective time management and networking capabilities
• Experience with customer relationship management
• Presentation and data analysis expertise
• Proficient in prospecting and client engagement

Salary Range: $65,500 - $95,000 true base pay with commission
