The selected candidate will work remotely, enabling a flexible schedule while significantly impacting our patients' lives. Our telehealth facility employs cutting-edge technology to facilitate seamless therapy sessions, allowing our mental health professionals to connect with patients across Arizona from the comfort of their homes. Our work hours are primarily Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as needed to accommodate patient requirements.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological well-being, gathering information that allows for effective diagnosis and tailored treatment.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that focus on the unique needs and goals of each patient.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy to provide impactful therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for patients to explore their emotional concerns, develop coping strategies, and foster personal growth.

• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to create an integrated care approach for our patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for patients experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, empowering them with knowledge about treatment options and community resources.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential documentation in line with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

• Actively participate in case conferences and team meetings, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Stay informed about contemporary research, best practices, and updates in the mental health field to enhance the quality of care provided.

The therapist will primarily work with adults experiencing a spectrum of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood-related conditions, personality disorders, and trauma survivors. Our patient community is diverse, and this role is vital in creating, maintaining, and strengthening the therapeutic relationships that lead to successful outcomes.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• A current, valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
\n
• In-depth understanding of mental health interventions, evidence-based therapies, and trauma-informed care practices.

• Proven success in conducting comprehensive mental health evaluations and formulating effective treatment strategies.

• Demonstrated experience in facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions using various therapeutic approaches.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and an ability to perform under pressure, ensuring patient safety.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building relationships and rapport with clients.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with teletherapy platforms.

• A collaborative mindset, capable of working alongside a multidisciplinary team while upholding ethical standards.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in clinical settings, preferably in telehealth.
