Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to develop personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to create measurable goals.

• Deliver a range of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while maintaining a warm, empathetic approach that fosters trust and healing.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring a seamless flow of information in line with professional ethical standards.

• Engage in regular training sessions and case discussions to stay informed of the latest developments in mental health, integrating new knowledge into your practice to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications\n
