Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that align with clients' unique needs.

• Provide individual, couples, and family psychotherapy in an outpatient setting, responding to a range of mental health challenges.

• Document clinical progress and maintain clinical notes that comply with legal, ethical, and insurance standards.

• Collaborate and coordinate care with medical providers, case managers, and community support organizations, ensuring comprehensive support.

• Regularly attend and participate in team meetings and case consultations to share best practices and receive peer input.

• Manage an active caseload based on your specialized areas and availability, with opportunities for telehealth and in-person sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LCSW license in the state of Arizona is required.
