** Bookkeeper – Maddux and Company (Miami, FL)**

Maddux and Company, a commercial real estate and association management firm in Miami, is hiring a Bookkeeper to support our property management team. This is an in-person position at our Miami office.

** Responsibilities: **

• Process and make bank deposits
• Post payments and enter invoices
• Reconcile bank statements
• Run financial reports
• Support several property managers across a portfolio of commercial properties and associations

** Requirements: **

• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• English speaking required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
• Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
