Position Summary The Accounts Payable clerk is responsible for receiving, processing, verifying and paying invoices, supporting the accounting manager of the entity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Complete payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports, recording entries Ensure credit is received for outstanding memos Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors Process payment of employee's expenses claims via our software Concur Reconcile accounts in a timely manner Skills and Qualifications Must be willing to do bookkeeping respecting basic accounting procedures Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software Accuracy and attention to detail Aptitude for numbers Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks No experience required Americaribe is an Equal Opportunity Employer If you have any questions feel free to contact Muzen Abushamma
