The Bookkeeper will manage day-to-day accounting activities, including recording financial transactions, preparing and maintaining ledgers, and processing journal entries. Responsibilities include assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate and timely data entry in accounting software. The role also involves supporting the finance team with reporting, assisting with budgeting and expense tracking, and maintaining organized financial records for audits and internal reviews. The Bookkeeper will collaborate with operations and management to provide clear financial information that supports business decisions. Qualifications Strong bookkeeping skills, including accurate recording of daily transactions and maintenance of ledgers. Ability to prepare and support financial statements and basic financial reporting. Proficiency with accounting software and general finance concepts. Experience with journal entries and account reconciliations. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks. Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in bookkeeping or accounting is highly beneficial.
