Chinese - Admin Assistant
We are looking for a reliable and organized Chinese Admin to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will assist with communication, documentation, coordination, and general office support, ensuring smooth workflow between teams.
Responsibilities:
- Handle basic administrative tasks and office coordination
- Assist with document preparation and data entry
- Support communication between English and Chinese-speaking staff or clients
- Maintain organized records and files
- Assist with scheduling and follow-ups as needed
- Perform other administrative duties assigned
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Prior admin or office experience is a plus
