Administrative Assistant - Bovina

The Administrative Assistant will be a team player who is self-motivated, detailed oriented, with strong organizational skills. The successful individual will be results driven, able to multi-task, and able to thrive in a quick paced environment.
Roles and Tasks
Weighing of inbound/outbound grain and fertilizer trucks and grading of corn
Grade grain, weigh trucks and run other tests
Communicate and work with customers and stakeholders to support the needs of the feedyard.
Maintain and support grain accounting functions, inventory tracking, freight bill management, and customer settlements
Work collaboratively will all departments
Provide courteous and responsive customer service
Manage input and reporting of daily inventory
Assist in answering phones, fielding questions, and directing calls
Enter and track transactions in system

Education Requirements:
High School Diploma / GED preferred
Commodities and agricultural experience preferred
