Work Environment\n

This full-time position offers the flexibility to work remotely, allowing you to engage effectively with clients from the comfort of your own space. You will maintain a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Diagnose and treat various mental health disorders, utilizing expertise in family systems and relational dynamics.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs, ensuring alignment with their personal goals and circumstances.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions with individuals and families to monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and provide ongoing support.

• Facilitate both group therapy sessions and individual counseling, creating an inclusive environment that encourages sharing and healing.

• Perform ongoing assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and make necessary modifications to treatment strategies.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
