Accounting Support Specialist

Responsible for the preparation and consistency of accounts with payable/receivable transactions, billing, and payroll disbursements in regards to banking. Coordinated document preparation and payroll checks to ensure validity. Responds to customer inquiries and ensures accurate data entry procedures. Under direct supervision, works within a function to complete defined tasks in accordance with standard procedures requiring some problem recognition skills. Supports general business operations by providing administrative support actives such as data entry, reporting, correspondence, and basic analysis requiring attention to detail. Effective oral and written communication skills are required. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of experience.
