Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gather client history and clinical needs, laying the groundwork for tailored treatment.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific mental health challenges faced by clients in a Detox setting.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions leveraging evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to promote insight and facilitate personal growth.

• Utilize telehealth technologies to provide accessible mental health services where appropriate, ensuring minimal barriers to effective support.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment interventions while adhering to professional ethical standards and compliance regulations.

• Stay informed and comply with all organizational policies, including safety protocols and confidentiality guidelines, to safeguard client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals undergoing detoxification and early recovery processes. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and active LCSW license in the state of California.

• At least two years of direct clinical experience, demonstrating proficiency in the delivery of mental health services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Alongside a competitive salary, we offer a robust benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, ensuring comprehensive support for your well-being.
