Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ needs and develop tailored treatment plans that promote positive clinical outcomes.

• Provide individual therapy sessions employing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize telehealth platforms for delivering remote counseling, ensuring effective communication and support for clients who may not have the ability to attend in-person sessions.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and any amendments to therapy approaches in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training, attending workshops and conferences to stay informed about the latest methodologies and best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
