Location: Indianapolis, IN

Pay Rate: $ 19.00/hour

Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM | Rotating Days

Position Overview

As a Production Machine Operator, you will operate specialized production equipment used to manufacture personalized card products. You'll be responsible for machine setup, operation, quality inspections, troubleshooting basic production issues, and ensuring products meet customer and company quality standards.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with automated machinery, monitoring production processes, and maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor automated production equipment

• Run test products to verify machine performance and product quality

• Perform quality inspections throughout production runs

• Verify printed information, product appearance, and order accuracy

• Monitor machine alerts and resolve routine operating issues

• Enter and maintain production data using computer systems

• Follow work instructions and production schedules

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Support continuous production flow while meeting quality and productivity goals

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or equipment operation experience preferred

• Basic computer and data entry skills

• Ability to perform basic math calculations

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

• Ability to read and follow written instructions

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for the majority of the shift

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds safely

• Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and reaching

• Comfortable working around automated production equipment

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
