US Securities and Exchange Commission
The Division of Investment Management of the US Securities and Exchange Commission seeks an Attorney-Adviser (Senior Counsel-Investment Management). You will provide legal analysis and guidance on matters affecting investment companies and advisers, review filings, and support rulemaking and policy development. Applicants must have a J.D. or LL.B., be an active member of the bar in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction, and meet the minimum experience requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr US Securities and Exchange Commission
