Requirements:
- Current state license to practice Physical Therapy
- Proof of current CPR certification
- Current driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation and insurance
- 2 years experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy assistant with an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Administers the physical therapy treatment plan as developed by the Physical Therapist.
- Administers non-complex active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, therapeutic massage, traction heat, light, cold, water, and electrical modalities to patients.
- Accurately documents patients' status and submits clinical paperwork timely.
- Attends educational meetings and coordinates department in-services.
- Notifies supervisors of any equipment failures, supply shortages, or changes in staffing or clients.
- Schedules clients and performs various office tasks.
- Applies infection control concepts during patient care activities.
- Accepts clinical assignments consistent with qualifications to care for patients.
- Promotes compliance with all fiscal intermediaries and/or other third-party payors through education and coaching.
