Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health concerns, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews to formulate comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups. You will draw from a rich toolbox of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches, tailoring your methods to fit the unique needs of each client.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to client care that maximizes resources and outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
