This is an excellent opportunity to handle sophisticated, high-exposure litigation while working directly with experienced trial attorneys in a collaborative, partner-accessible environment. Responsibilities: Represent professionals and businesses in complex malpractice and professional liability matters. Manage cases from inception through trial, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and court appearances. Develop litigation strategy and work closely with clients on high-stakes disputes. Mentor junior attorneys as your practice continues to grow. Qualifications: 5+ years of civil litigation experience. Experience in professional liability, legal malpractice, accounting malpractice, or other complex commercial litigation preferred. Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills. Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload. Compensation: $170,000–$230,000, depending on experience, plus a competitive benefits package and bonus opportunity.
