Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team for a Temporary-to-Hire . Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $25 to $28 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:- Full cycle accounts payable processing, ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Facilitate reports detailing payable hours, commissions, bonuses, taxes, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and monthly statements.
- Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, and classifying.
- Assist with administrative duties .
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma, Associate's/Bachelors degree in business, accounting or finance.
- 2+ years full cycle accounts payable experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and accounting software's.
Experience:
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
