The Profile: What We Are Looking For

We maintain high standards because our patients and clinical team depend on flawless administrative execution. To excel in this high-visibility role, you must bring:

• Dental Office Expertise: A minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on dental office experience is required. You must understand dental terminology, clinical procedure codes, and treatment sequencing.
• Insurance Verification & Billing Mastery: Deep familiarity with PPO plans, fee schedules, eligibility verification, pre-authorizations, and primary/secondary claim submissions. You know how to minimize claim rejections and present clear financial estimates to patients.
• Exceptional Customer Service: A naturally friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor. You excel at building rapport, easing financial anxieties, and making every patient feel valued.
• Meticulous Attention to Detail: Flawless accuracy in patient ledger accounting, insurance data entry, and schedule optimization.
• Steady Work History: A proven track record of commitment, reliability, and career longevity in your prior positions.
• Software Proficiency: High School Diploma or GED required. Prior proficiency in Dentrix is highly preferred.
