Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support patients, visitors, and staff with exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directional support, and report security-related concerns, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior to site contacts.
• Support hospital and clinic operations by maintaining a visible presence, following post orders, and assisting with security-related requests in a courteous and professional manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must meet hospital vaccine requirements.
• Must be able to work in a hospital environment that includes a morgue.
• Must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
